TES-AMM and former RECUPYL are operating in lithium ion activities since 2006 in 2 sites (France and Singapore). French site (partner in this project) is operating since 2008 an industrial installation dedicated to power pack batteries from e-mobility and allowed by permit from environment authorities. Through the first company RECUPYL SAS, TES-RECUPYL as cumulated experience within 4 European projects as well as 5 French National projects all dedicated to recycling advanced batteries.
Beside mechanical and electrical assets, TES-REC has in France a full pilot plant for treatment of mixed cathode-anodes powder using sustainable hydrometallurgy process with free-water release. Upsizing the technology led to first industrial facility in Asia using hydrometallurgy at 6000T/y.
Contribution to MARBEL
TES-AMM will be in charge of safe and smart dismantling, as well as a new approach of state of charge evaluation.
