D9.2 1st dissemination and exploitation report - Abstract

The document details the MARBEL project’s dissemination and exploitation activities, aiming to inform about the progress on the activities and results derived from the project. This First Dissemination and Exploitation of Results report is a confidential document dedicated to members of MARBEL Consortium, which identifies the exploitable results and presents the methodology that will be addressed to disseminate the project results to target audiences and to support exploitation and ensure the market uptake.

First, a market analysis offering a study about the existing trends, opportunities and barriers in the market for batteries of EVs in Europe is presented. Then, current exploitable results identified and listed and defined in terms of potential scale-up, exploitation and commercialization strategies of for each result. This report also includes the innovation management task progress, including the methodology to follow has been planned in 3 distinctive phases: a) initial diagnosis, and, b) innovation sessions and IP & BP conceptualisation that will be developed through two pathways: Innovation Management pathway and IPR & Exploitation pathway.

Last, the channels and platforms considered in the dissemination section are dissemination tools, activities to reach the academia and the industry, including scientific publications, the organisation of engagement activities, and clustering activities, among others. This deliverable constitutes a preliminary exploitation and dissemination plans. The development of both plans will continue throughout the next project phases, working to present in Deliverable 9.3 Final Dissemination and exploitation report the final dissemination, IPR and exploitation management for MARBEL project
