D6.1 Module and Battery assembly manual – Flow Chart - Abstract

The assembly flow chart is realized considering all industrialization aspects. The reported assembly flow is conformed to lean manufacturing methodology and can be used as a guideline for successive industrialization phase. Due to this requirement the assembly flow was split in two process phases: the module assembly and the battery pack assembly. Battery Pack assembly is imagined as the main process flow and the module assembly phase is intended as a subprocess able to deliver finished modules to main process.
